If the return is for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will provide a full reimbursement or replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order.
If more than 24 hours have passed and the item(s) has not yet been shipped, the order may still be cancelled, but the customer will be eligible for a 50% refund only.
Once the item(s) have been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the customer must wait for the order to arrive and then initiate a return according to our return policy above.
